- Declaring Agents' UEN
- Applicant's Details
- This application form will take about 10 minutes to complete.
- This application is usually processed within 15 minutes.
- You can authorise up to a total of 20 Declaring Agents.
- The approval letter will be sent by email to the Primary Contact (or the Secondary Contact should transmission to your Primary Contact fail) registered in your Customs Account.
- Upon receipt of the approval letter for the Authorisation of Declaring Agent(s), your authorised Declaring Agent(s) may proceed to use the authorisation for your TradeNet permit applications.
- If there are changes in the contact details, please inform the Key Personnel whose particulars are registered with a UEN Issuance Agency such as the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Registry of Societies etc. or an Authorised Personnel authorised by the Key Personnel of the entity to update the particulars of the Primary Contact and Secondary Contact registered in your Customs Account.
