Please note that the Authorised Personnel can update or terminate your entity's Customs Account.

Only the Key Personnel can update the list of Authorised Personnel. The Key Personnel needs to authorise at least one Authorised Personnel and up to a maximum of 5 Authorised Personnel. Please update the Authorised Personnel's records as and when there are changes.

After the Authorised Personnel has been added to the list, he/she can log in to Customs Account e-Service using SingPass.

Authorised Personnel Information 1:

Name*	:	Name must not exceed 70 characters in length.
Designation*	:	Designation must be between 2 to 100 characters in length.
NRIC / FIN*	:	NRIC / FIN must be between 5 to 20 characters in length. This is the Singpass ID of the authorised person to login in this application.
Authorisation Type*	:	Activation of Customs Account Manage DA/Declarant
