What You Need to Know

Please note that new declarant will only be issued with a TradeNet® User ID after he/she has passed the Customs Competency Test conducted by Singapore Customs.

If you select the fax option, please fax the supporting documents to +65 6873 0837, Attn: Customer Admin Dept.

If the system keeps prompting the Error Message "The declarant has a valid TradeNet User ID with another company", your declarant may have a valid TradeNet® User ID which is still registered with the previous employer. Please inform your declarant to terminate the old TradeNet® User ID with CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd (i.e. the Customer Admin Dept, Fax: 68730837 or email: customeradmin@crimsonlogic.com) by providing his/her full name, the TradeNet User ID, NRIC/FIN/Work Pass No. and reasons for termination so that you can continue to register him/her as your new declarant.

If your declarant is working for a few declaring agents, you need to fill in this section with the information of only one company.
